The First 3 phases of my online coaching consist of building the fundation to make the muscle building process a lot faster and easier in the long run
PHASE 1 : Learning the technique
I make sure you got a perfect form on each and every exercise, using weights you can control perfectly. Building all the stabilizing muscles creating a solid base to push yourself with all you got on the next phase.
PHASE 2 : Failure Training
Getting used to reach muscle failure on certain exercise, utilizing heavier weight for less reps. Building mental and physical strength, putting you in the ideal scenario for muscle building.
PHASE 3 : Instensity and optimization
You will already improve and build muscle during the first 2 phases but now that your body is ready, we will optimize every aspect and details to make the physique transformation process as fast as possible.
